All You Need To Know

Need more assistance? Before picking up the phone, check out our answers to some of the most frequently asked questions we receive.  Finding the perfect rental can be a difficult process. However, one of our team members will be happy to assist you every step of the way. If you can’t find the answer to your question here, please feel free to get in touch with us. We’d be more than happy to help.

Customer start and end times are used to gauge our deliveries & pickups. Typically, our crew will arrive ½ hour or more before your start time to ensure everything is setup by your start time. There are times when arrival will be much earlier depending on other customer’s start and end times. Drivers will call when they are on the way to deliver, therefore accurate contact detail (more than one phone number) is essential.

What areas do we service?

Our company is based out of Midland, NC. Below is a list of towns we serve:

Midland, Locust, Oakboro, Rocky River, Mint Hill, Unionville, Monroe, Wingate, Wesley Chapel, Indian Trail,

Hemby Bridge, Waxhaw, Mineral Springs, Weddington and select areas of Charlotte.

Do we require deposits?

At this time, we do not require a deposit, but that will be changing in the near future!

Do we require waivers for our rentals?

We bring a hard copy waiver for you to sign up on delivery. Customers will receive a physical copy of the waiver as well.

How much space is needed and what kind of power is required?

Approximately a 25' by 30' area or more will be sufficient, with an overhead clearance of 22'.

The area should be free of debris including mud, rocks, sticks, and sand and ground sprinkler systems should be shut off and not protruding.

This is imperative to protect the inflatables from being damaged. If your yard is not cleaned and we have to do it,

there will be a $50 charge. The unit should be within 75' of a power outlet.

What if it rains or is windy?

With safety in mind, The Jump Around Club reserves the right to cancel a reservation due to inclement weather,

as does the renter. In case of cancellation, the deposit will be held towards your next scheduled rental.

What about safety?

The Jump Around Club's inflatables are constructed with safety in mind.

We recommend a responsible adult be "assigned" to supervise and ensure all

guests adhere to the recommended rules and guidelines which will be provided below and on your waiver.

What are our cleaning procedures?

Our team members receive training on the proper cleaning methods and protocols for every inflatable we have.

Detailed checklists are utilized for all cleaning and our management team enforces that standards are

met at all times. Our inflatables are thoroughly cleaned and disinfected after each rental.

Our Policies

  1. The rented inflatable unit must remain under the supervision of an adult over the age of 18 years at all times. Ensure inflatable house and slide safety. Do not overcrowd any inflatable. Limit the number of people in the rental unit according to ages and size of the jumpers.

  2. Remove shoes, glasses, jewelry, badges, hair barrettes, and any other object which may cause injury and/or damage to the unit prior to entering any rental unit.

  3. To avoid any injuries, no flips, no somersaults, no wrestling, no rough housing, no pushing, no colliding, or any form of bodily contact is allowed while in the bounce house or while sliding.

  4. No silly string, food, drink, candy, chewing gum or any other sticky substance is allowed in or around the inflatable.

  5. Absolutely no user under the influence of alcohol, drugs, or any intoxicating drugs should use the inflatables.

  6. No smoking or grilling units should be near the inflatable. Keep at least 15 ft away.

  7. Do not allow anyone to bounce on the exterior of the inflatable.

  8. Do not allow individuals to climb, hang, or sit on inflatable walls.

  9. Keep units away from swimming pools and other bodies of water.

  10. Do not fasten or tie anything to the inflatable. Any damage or excessive debris will result in a repair or cleaning charge to be paid by the renter.

  11. In case of inclement weather, deflate the unit for rain and wind or gusts over 15 mph. Allow the unit to dry when re-inflated as the vinyl surface can be extremely slippery when wet.

  12. Do not allow anyone, especially children, to unplug or turn off inflatable when inflatable is occupied.

  13. Absolutely NO PETS allowed on any inflatable.

  14. NO FIREWORKS near the inflatables at any time.

  15. The Jump Around Club reserves the right to apply a minimum fee of $50 for cleaning if inflatables are excessively dirty due to food/drink/prohibited substances. Does not apply to normal use with water/dirt and grass.

  16. If you must cancel, please give 2 weeks notice of cancellation.

  17. If units are damaged due to negligence, the responsible party will be charged for the cost of repairs.
